Shipping & Delivery Information

Can the furniture be shipped to my location?
Whether you’re shopping on our website or in the store, we can have the furniture purchased by you delivered to your home or office. Be rest assured whatever be the size of your purchase or the number of items in your order, you can get it delivered to your location in India and overseas.

Are there any shipping charges?
Your furniture and non furniture items are delivered by us at a price based on your delivery area and the distance from our warehouse to your shipping address. Enter your pincode in the address while ordering to get an estimated delivery cost.

What is the estimated delivery time?
For stocked items your order is usually dispatched within 4 business days of order confirmation depending your location. For pre-orders the dispatch happens within 15 days depending on the product. Once the product is dispatched for delivery you will be notified about the same. The transportation and delivery of your products is taken care by Della or its delivery partners. We strive to ensure that your order reaches you within the communicated delivery time, however emergencies may delay the delivery, for which we will get in touch with you. You can also get the latest update on your order by connecting with our support team.

How do I track my order?
Sign in to your Della account and go to the order-tracking page. Usually the order is delivered in time however in case of any issues our support team will call / email you regarding the order status. In the rare case that you have not received any communication from us do give us a call on our toll free number or email us at support@della.in

What should I check when my order is delivered?
We suggest that you check the following when your order is delivered to you and provide a signature upon receipt.

  • All product surfaces for any breakages or any other damages caused by packaging or transportation.
  • For any item that involve assembly, please ensure that the Della team assembles the product so you are sure that fittings are available and fit well and do not assemble or open the packaging till such time.
  • For furniture with seating, kindly check to ensure that the product is stable enough to fulfill the usage.
  • Once the order is delivered and our team leaves your location, we will not be able to accommodate complaints regarding shipping damages or manufacturing defects if any.

What if I receive a damaged product?
Della by Jimmy Mistry designs and manufactures bespoke interior products of superior quality ensuring you of no quality complaints. We package the products well so they arrive safely at your doorstep. We refuse to sell products that are easily damaged during shipping however still if you receive a damaged product, please bring it to the notice of the delivery team immediately and send the details of your order along with pictures of the damaged item to us at support@della.in. We will assess the damage and get back to you within 2 business days. Depending on the degree of damage, the product will either be repaired or replaced.

Can the order placed be cancelled?
All products are created and curated with lot of attention to design and detailing in company-owned as well as outsourced factories and hence we follow a no cancellation policy. We will not be able to refund the payment amount even if the order is cancelled immediately.
