1995

Furniture Factory Tecina Office System Private Ltd started manufacturing modular office furniture through its factory in Nagpur 1st Italian Furniture Showroom in India setup at Rati Villa

1997

Daman Factory Set up its 42000 sq ft Furniture Factory in Daman

1998

India & Dubai Started Furniture Showrooms in Delhi, Pune, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai and the 1st International showroom in Dubai

2000

1st Turnkey Interior Business started with Star TV, Mumbai

Ventured in Architecture Design

Design Headquarters Head Office, Della House in Mumbai

Real Estate Ventured into Real Estate with Della Tower, a Persian Architectural Landmark in Mumbai

Jimmy Mistry is a Visionary Futurist, a Multidisciplinary Entrepreneur, Community Builder, and Iconic designer — renowned for pioneering Experiential Hospitality in India and a formidable force to reckon with in the World of Global Architecture and Interior Design over a distinguished 30-year career.
Celebrated as a Man of many firsts, he has envisioned and executed landmark theme-based Township developments, Experiential Resorts, Adventure Parks, and Meta-luxury lifestyle products spanning Homes, Offices, and Hotels.

Della Foundation

As a Social Entrepreneur, he founded an NGO Parsee Resource Group (PRG) 15 years ago, also served as an elected trustee on the board of Bombay Parsee Panchayat (BPP), the oldest registered trust in India.

JRM has set up Della Foundation, adopted Z.P school in Lonavala, impacting over 220 underprivileged children’s lives.

He is also a strong animal welfare advocate and an ardent dog lover. At Della Adventure, he has created a centre to adopt rescues that relentlessly work towards bringing dogs closer to humans.

In 2014, another accolade to JRM’s leadership and business acumen came by when prestigious New York (NYU Stern School of Business) Final Year MBA students conducted a case study on how Della Resorts impacts local communities in Lonavala.
