This exclusive property on Montgomery Place, features seven bedrooms, five bathrooms, and two powder rooms. Known for its landmark details, the 30.5-foot wide limestone mansion includes six fireplaces, an original Otis elevator, and a grand spiral staircase spanning four floors.Following a two-and-a-half-year renovation that added five skylights, a wood-burning fireplace, a butler's kitchen, and Waterworks fixtures, the historic mansion was sold in 2014. The new owners, a young family sought to modernise the space while preserving its historic character. The interiors were designed with a chic, bold, and warm aesthetic, blending vibrant colours into liveable spaces.
