Villa K, a two-story residence showcases the beauty of natural marble. Designed by IAIA Studio, the villa features a striking double-height entrance, sculptural staircase, and a reception area where marble’s intricate patterns and textures define the space. Each room tells a unique story through carefully selected marble slabs, wood accents, and thoughtful lighting.
The ground floor uses cooler marble tones, while the second floor integrates varied finishes for each bedroom. Sustainable design elements, like repurposed marble in the furniture and parking area, reflect the project’s commitment to nature and craftsmanship. Villa K is a stunning celebration of materiality, light, and space.
